At Pothys, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your fashion items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your Pothys account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and includes all original tags, packaging, and the invoice for a successful verification process.

• 3.
  Package Pickup

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package once your request is approved.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Upon receipt and inspection of the item at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
